“Stein Distillery is the first Micro Distillery in the Eastern Oregon Area.  At Stein Distillery we start from scratch, growing our own grain right in Joseph.  This is the first for any Oregon distillery, most distilleries purchase grains from a separate source or start from neutral grain.  Since we grow our own grain on our own farm, we can ensure that the quality of the grain meets our high standards.  Consumers will desire our truly handcrafted vodka.  In addition, our vodka is distilled from rye, a unique grain to use as a vodka base which differentiates us from other vodka manufacturers. At Stein Distillery, attention to detail is kept from grain growth to harvest through fermenting, distilling, filtering and bottling - every step is done by hand, producing a high quality product for the consumer. From the farm to the shelf, Stein Distillery is a family run, handcrafted, turn-key operation that will capture "made-in-oregon" consumers as well as those who appreciate family, hard-work, and high-quality.”
